What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of product complaints into the complaints database and triage complaints for investigation
- Determine association of complaints with adverse events or medical devices and document follow-up communications
- Re-assign complaints to the appropriate investigation site and close complaints within required timeframes
- Collaborate with other departments and call centers to resolve discrepancies and support the complaints returns process
- Provide oversight and support to call centers, including written communication to senior management and team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a biopharmaceutical quality, analytical development, or regulatory environment
- Understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution processes
- General knowledge of cGMP and filing regulations related to biopharmaceuticals
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with Veeva
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong project management skills, including planning and scheduling meetings
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
