Job Introduction:
Join our employer as a High Volume Recruiter and take advantage of the opportunity to work remotely. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the full cycle recruitment process, from networking and sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs across North America. Thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with management.
- Collaborate with management to define successful candidate criteria for open positions.
- Proactively identify candidates using various strategies (online databases, social media, Boolean search, etc.).
- Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Network with community organizations and team members to establish successful partnerships.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of recruiting, ensuring satisfaction for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Utilize social media to attract potential candidates.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Additional training or education in the field is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- General application of concepts and principles.
- Contribute to organizational projects and goals.
- Familiarity with industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Communicate on complex or sensitive issues.
