      About the Role:

      You'll ensure the performance and availability of a Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) platform. The primary focus is on supporting customers, resolving incidents, monitoring system health, and collaborating with teams to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Senior Site Reliability Manager and is a remote position.

      You Will:

      • Monitor the SAAS platform and associated infrastructure. Identify and address any system issues, anomalies, or performance bottlenecks.
      • Monitor system performance metrics, collect data, and analyse trends to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
      • Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and scalability enhancements.
      • Promote and lead automation projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual toil. Identify opportunities for automation, develop and implement automation tools, scripts, and frameworks, and advocate for using monitoring, deployment, and orchestration tools that improve operations and enhance reliability.
      • Respond to and resolve customer-reported incidents, system outages, or service disruptions promptly. Investigate causes, conduct post-incident reviews, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
      • Understand how our applications work with different systems and business processes to ensure they operate smoothly

      You Have:

      • Experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) software support.
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
