      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the investigation and reporting of safety incidents to management and assist in claim filing
      - Conduct regular visits to operational locations to observe safety conditions and identify improvement needs
      - Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships within the operation at all levels
      - Implement the Safety Management System effectively to ensure compliance and safety standards
      - Serve as a resource for management and employees regarding exposure to infectious diseases and employee health services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety and risk management
      - Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Occupational Safety and Health, or Industrial Safety is preferred
      - Proficient in using personal computers and associated software (word-processing, spreadsheets, databases)
      - Ability to write reports and business correspondence effectively
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with OSHA regulations and safety management systems
      - Background in conducting safety training or health services
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse teams
      - Familiarity with emergency medical services or healthcare environments
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record compliant with employer guidelines
