      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the investigation and reporting of all safety incidents to management and coordinate information collection for claims
      - Conduct regular visits to operational locations to identify safety improvement needs
      - Maintain effective communication and relationships within the organization, advising management on safety and risk management
      - Implement the Safety Management System effectively across the organization
      - Serve as a resource for management and employees on infectious disease exposures and health services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of experience in safety and risk management
      - Ability to write reports and business correspondence
      - Proficient in using personal computers and associated software (word-processing, spreadsheet, and database)
      - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, journals, and regulations
      - Valid driving record in compliance with employer guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Occupational Safety and Health, or Industrial Safety
      - Experience in employee health services related to immunizations and testing
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle varied situations with limited standardization
      - Capable of effectively presenting information to groups of managers and employees
      - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
