      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the investigation and reporting of all safety incidents to management and coordinate the collection of information needed to file claims
      - Regularly visit operational locations and conduct ride-alongs to observe conditions and identify safety improvement needs
      - Establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication within the operation, providing counsel to management on safety and risk management
      - Ensure the effective implementation of the Safety Management System
      - Serve as a resource to management and employees regarding exposures to infectious diseases and assist in employee health services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in safety and risk management
      - Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Occupational Safety and Health, or Industrial Safety is preferred
      - Proficiency in personal computers and associated software including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases
      - Ability to write reports and business correspondence effectively
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in emergency medical services or related fields
      - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to groups
      - Familiarity with health services, including immunizations and testing protocols
      - Valid driving record in compliance with employer guidelines
