What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the planning and execution of field-based educational and promotional programs
- Coordinate speaker training and ensure all contracts are fully executed
- Assist in the coordination of regional meetings, product displays, and patient educational events
- Develop and maintain accurate weekly reporting on program operations
- Assist in the planning, contracting, and execution of Advisory Boards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success in managing vendor partners
- Working knowledge of healthcare practices, services, technologies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing speaker bureaus or customer engagement programs
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
