  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations and execute strategic initiatives
  - Manage and execute indirect commodity sourcing RFPs for local, regional, and national initiatives
  - Maintain data integrity and manage large data sets for procurement and auditing purposes
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with sourcing policies
  - Support sourcing manager in achieving account KPIs, goals, and objectives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories, preferably in facility services
  - Strong analytical abilities and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  - Knowledge of Procurement Policy or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is a strong plus
  - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Access, and experience with data management

  - Subject matter expertise in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
  - Experience with sourcing exterior services, technical services, trash and recycling services, and soft services
  - Demonstrated ability to manage change and deliver results in challenging environments
