  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to service operations and sourcing strategies
  - Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations
  - Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs
  - Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and maintain relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management
  - Participate in supplier performance review meetings and support ad-hoc projects as necessary
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
  - Minimum of 3 years of strategic sourcing or related experience
  - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  - Strong analytical ability and organizational skills
  - Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Project management and business transitions experience
  - Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
