  • Job Description

      Req#: 18351

      • Act as a bridge between Development & Operations by providing Production Support. Be ready to work in Shifts 6a.m to 3 p.m and 2p.m to 11 p.m. Provide Weekend Support
      • Responsible for faster production incidents resumption, root cause identification, defects fixing
      • Responsible for identifying & delivering improvement opportunities such as Manual task automations, Performance/Throughput improvements, Batch optimisation etc, that will ultimately improve the production service/stability
      • Responsible for identifying & implementing solutions to improve overall Operations efficiency, that should result in cost saves/avoidance

      • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
      • Serve as a Director of the Board
      • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

      • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures
      • Multiple functions (double hats)

      Skills and Experience

      • 7+ yrs years of overall IT experience in Development/Production Support/Devops/SRE
      • DevOps tool stack such as Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GIT, Maven, Docker, Rundeck
      • Knowledge of Programming/scripting - Python, PERL, Powershell, Java/J2EE, microservices
      • Basics of ORACLE/Postgres
      • Basics of Operating Systems – Unix/Linux, Windows administration
      • Working knowledge of Cloud platforms
      • Control - M
      • SQL
      • Java
      • Monitoring tools ITRS,Grafana,ELK
      • Scripting Languages Python/Shell
      • Big Data Tools(Hadoop/Hive/Spark)

      Qualifications

      • Exposure to Cloud platforms/Infrastructure automation tools such as AWS CloudFormation, , Kubernetes, Azure.
