- Develop and execute best-in-class targeted marketing programs across email, SMS and push channels
- Work with internal creative and production support teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Ensure campaigns are thoughtfully targeted, segmented and personalized to be as effective as possible, and are consistent with brand guidelines, tone and voice
- Collaborate with Manager – Targeted Marketing to develop test-and-learn strategies and deliver standard post-promotion analysis
- Maintain knowledge of marketing tools and technology, emerging trends, and competitive actions
- Deliver thoughtful multi-channel customer journeys that help our customer navigate the typical flight purchase lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills with previous experience analyzing campaign performance
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Experience working in large corporate environments
- Marketing, B2C communications and/or advertising agency experience for major global brands, clients or enterprises
- Knowledge of airline industry and/or loyalty programs
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Movable Ink, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA and others
- Familiarity with content management or marketing workflow management systems (Trello, WorkFront, Percolate, Wrike, etc.)

Job overview and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager – Targeted Marketing, this position executes targeted email, SMS and push marketing campaigns supporting business priorities for United and MileagePlus. Works closely with the Marketing Strategy team and key business partners to develop the channel strategy to effectively engage customers and drive revenue.
NOTE: This position provides a hybrid work arrangement including days worked onsite at our Chicago office location.
