Your assignments

Functional Goal:

Operation of analytical instrument and methods for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) as part of analytical development.

Main Tasks:

• Operating analytical laboratory instrument such as Liquid Chromatography and Capillary Electrophoresis systems.
• Perform sample preparation, run the analysis including data acquisition and interpretation:
  • Liquid Chromatography (e.g. SE-HPLC, SCX-HPLC, HILIC-HPLC, RP-HPLC),
  • Capillary Electrophoresis (e.g. icIEF, CE-SDS),
  • Impurities analysis: ELISA and PCR.
• Laboratory housekeeping, orders, shipments, delivery of items.
• Recording experiments, results, procedures in electronic notebook.
• Providing accurate results in a timely manner as per projects timelines using dedicated analysis reports templates.
• Contribute to the planning of work within the team.
  
  

Your profile

Education & Languages:

• Technical degree: CFC, BTS, BSc or similar in chemistry or biology.
• Fluency in either French or English.
  
  

Professional Skills & Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in one or two main tasks (e.g. LC and/or CE and/or ELISA) in an analytical laboratory. Pharma and biotech experience is a plus.
• Background in handling analytical laboratory instruments, such as Liquid Chromatography and/or Capillary Electrophoresis.
• Relevant experience in protein/mAb analytics is an advantage.
