What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary support for the self-insured/self-administered Workers Compensation program
- Ensure that the employer's values are reflected in all departmental operations
- Maintain knowledge of legal, medical, and technical terminology relevant to the role
- Work independently and manage tasks in a self-directed manner
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field highly preferred
- Minimum of three years of multi-state workers compensation administration experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Willingness to travel periodically as directed
