What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support via phone, email, and web to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage call queues and internal clinical referrals in a contact center setting
- Conduct financial means testing for patients within designated support programs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to service excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree or equivalent active healthcare practitioner professional designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or a call center
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong knowledge of health insurance, pharmacy transactions, and claims review
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or patient assistance programs
- Familiarity with drug reimbursement processes
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues
- Willingness to volunteer for special projects or participate in committees
