      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical support via phone, email, and web to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
      - Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
      - Manage call queues and respond to incoming communications in a timely manner
      - Report adverse drug reactions and conduct financial means testing for patients as applicable
      - Coordinate program logistics to ensure optimal patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree or advanced healthcare practitioner designation (nurse, pharmacist, etc.)
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center environments
      - Fluently bilingual in French and English
      - Strong computer and telecommunication skills with knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy transactions
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
