      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical support via phone, email, and web to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
      - Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients as per pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
      - Manage call queues and retrieve voice messages in accordance with established policies
      - Conduct financial means testing for patients within their designated support program
      - Report adverse events or drug reactions within specified timeframes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center environments
      - Fluently bilingual in French and English
      - Strong computer and telecommunication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
      - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pharmacy or specialty pharma settings
      - Background in patient assistance and health insurance
      - Understanding of pharmacy transactions and claims review
      - Willingness to seek opportunities for professional development through special projects or committee participation
      - Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM AST, Monday to Friday
