      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephone, email, and web-based clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals
      - Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients as per pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
      - Manage call queues and respond to incoming communications in accordance with established policies
      - Report adverse events or drug reactions within specified timelines
      - Coordinate logistics for patient support programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluently bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, customer service, or call center environments
      - Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 am to 9 pm (AST), Monday to Friday
      - Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
      - Proficient in using basic computer programs and software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of health insurance and reimbursement navigation
      - Understanding of pharmacy transactions and claims review
      - Experience in a healthcare-related service or patient support role
      - University degree or diploma considered an asset
