      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephone, email, and web-based clinical support to patients, healthcare practitioners, and other professionals
      - Manage call queues and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
      - Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients based on pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
      - Report adverse events or drug reactions in accordance with established protocols
      - Coordinate patient services and ensure seamless navigation through drug insurance processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, customer service, or call center
      - Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
      - Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM (AST), Monday to Friday
      - Proficiency in using computer software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Knowledge of health insurance and reimbursement navigation considered a strong asset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in French or Spanish
      - Understanding of pharmacy transactions and claims review
      - University degree or diploma considered an asset
      - Ability to identify opportunities for service improvement and propose solutions
      - Experience in a healthcare-related support role
