What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone, email, and web-based clinical support to patients, healthcare practitioners, and other professionals
- Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
- Manage call queues and respond to incoming communications in alignment with established policies
- Conduct financial means testing for patients within their designated support program
- Report adverse events or drug reactions promptly as per manufacturer specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, specialty pharma, customer service, or a call center
- Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer environments and basic software tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of health insurance, health plan coverage, and pharmacy transactions is considered a strong asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in French or Spanish is considered an asset
- University degree or diploma is considered an asset
- Ability to identify opportunities for personal and team improvement and recommend solutions
