What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Access and track the status of outstanding medical records requests daily
- Retrieve medical records following standard procedures and upload them to patient charts in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information while ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers
- Identify process improvement opportunities within workflow and technology tools
- Meet standard performance metrics and quality standards, along with other assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of general office administrative experience
- Data entry experience required
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- US work authorization and a professional phone etiquette
