Job Description
- Req#: R0048363
- Assist with retirement plan administration for managed services customers.
- Work closely with management and sales during the initial sale, to help with questions on managed services.
- 2+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
- Willingness to expand industry knowledge and to earn an ASPPA or NIPA credential.
- Proficiency in standard business software applications.
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across concurrent projects.
- Experience with ftwilliam.com software.
- Experience with retirement plan documents.
LOCATION: Hybrid – 8 days a month in the office. See locations listed on the posting.
OVERVIEW
The job is to assist managed services customers in a back-office capacity with retirement plan administration duties using the ftwilliam.com software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ftwilliam.com provides administrative, document, and compliance software for retirement plan service providers. You will support managed services by performing retirement plan administration using the ftwilliam.com software. This position requires you will:

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $75,750 - $104,650
