      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communication
      - Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs, specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
      - Participate in an initial training program to effectively support field technicians from your home office
      - Utilize technical experience and listening skills to solve new and challenging vehicle repair issues
      - Benefit from guidance and collaboration with fellow consultants and approachable leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
      - Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months with reimbursement)
      - Strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain, and/or infotainment systems
      - Valid driver's license and ability to work shifts within center hours (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      - Typing skills
