What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
- Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs, specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
- Participate in initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, to equip you for remote support
- Access the latest technical data and repair strategies, with guidance from experienced consultants and leaders
- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure timely assistance to field technicians

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire)
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong typing skills
