What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
- Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems to provide expert assistance
- Participate in an initial training program to effectively support field techs from a remote office
- Utilize technical experience and listening skills to solve vehicle repair issues
- Provide continuous support and resources to enhance service quality and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or the ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in typing skills
