What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications
- Provide expert help on automotive repairs, specializing in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
- Complete initial training in Saginaw, Michigan, to equip you with necessary skills
- Utilize your technical experience and listening skills to resolve complex vehicle repair issues
- Benefit from ongoing support and guidance from fellow consultants and approachable leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire with reimbursement)
- Valid driver's license
- One or more years of customer service experience in roles that involve customer interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
