      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee accreditation and regulatory compliance for all entities
      - Design and implement strategies to maintain awareness of accreditation requirements
      - Conduct ongoing needs assessments and recommend improvements for compliance
      - Coordinate regulatory compliance activities and lead readiness efforts
      - Analyze and report data to support continuous readiness activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Management, Business Administration, Nursing Organizational Leadership, Public Health, Informatics, or related fields
      - Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years in an accreditation and compliance position
      - Certification in CJCP or HACP upon hire
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 or more years of experience in specialty pharmacy accreditation (including URAC, ACHC, and/or TJC)
