What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards and regulatory bodies
- Lead quality improvement teams and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and compliance reports to monitor quality and safety outcomes
- Collaborate with various departments to assess organizational needs for accreditation and compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical, quality, and performance improvement indicators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business, IT, or a related field
- Master’s Degree in MHSA, MBA, Nursing Organizational Leadership, Public Health, Informatics, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
- Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with database management tools (e.g., Microsoft Access, RedCap, Minitab)
- Familiarity with Adobe Professional
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
