What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support sales activity through telephone, email, and direct sales of targeted products to existing clients
- Act as a liaison between customers and support teams, escalating and triaging customer concerns
- Develop an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate contracts within specified authority
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity in Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales goals
- Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
