      Job Posting Description:

      Specialty Services Clerk – Casual position

      Are you looking to deepen your expertise in the Specialty Services programs? Reporting to the Supervisor, Specialty Services, you will ensure Business to Business (B2B) customers, suppliers, and agents are well-versed in policies and procedures governing wholesale programs through education, training, and responding to inquiries. You will collaborate with other LCBO Divisions including Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising and IT and provide service to channel participants along all points of the business transaction.

      About the Role

      • Provide support and replies to all inquiries to B2B customers and participating suppliers/agents, to facilitate wholesale activities, in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer needs
      • Maintain communication channels with customers, suppliers and agents throughout the B2B transaction and handles customer compliant in adherence with established processes and guidelines
      • Ensure records, and reconciles inventory movement and financial transactions related to payments, deposits, refunds and purchases
      • Prepare the required documentation, tracks and monitor the flow of product and information throughout the supply chain cycle of the order. Ensures that each stage of the flow is running as per established KPI-s and take actions with the appropriate stakeholders when the flow is disrupted
      • Build, receive and action reports related to inventory levels and movement
      • Generate ongoing reports and power point presentations for Manager/Designate on inventory, stock status, sales, inventory movement, deposit reconciliations
      • Compile supporting documentation needed to maintain business continuity and to resolve issues as they arise
      • Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external clients following the Service Level Agreement, by demonstrating effective communication skills, solution-oriented mindset, sense of urgency and positive attitude
      • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in wholesale programs, establishing the LCBO as a value-adding resource to wholesale participants, by understanding and developing business tactics that fit customer business model and ensures growth

      About You

      • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
      • 1-3 years of customer relationship management experience, ideally within a Wholesale/Supply Chain/Logistics business unit. Preferably have a “Logistics” designation
      • Superior verbal and written English communication skills, specifically with the use of tact and diplomacy
      • Must have excellent interpersonal skills combined with demonstrated experience and ability to deal with difficult situation with stakeholders
      • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
      • Must have knowledge of supply chain processes, and related LCBO policies
      • Must have the ability to troubleshoot, ability to prioritize workload and strong customer service skills
      • Excellent analytical skills and decision-making experience with a dedication to ownership of problems to successful resolution
      • Completion of LCBO Product Knowledge levels 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent
