      This program runs year-round and will require work hours during the summer – 5 days per week for 5 weeks.

      Douglas ESD Early Intervention is accepting applications for a Speech Language Pathologist. This position serves the schools of Douglas County, and the location of this position is subject to change.
      190 days, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day to begin in the 2025-26 school year. PLUS additional 25 extra paid days during the summer.

      SALARY: $55,238 - $85,848 per year ($290.73 - $451.83 per day or $36.34 - $56.48 per hour) Based on the 2025 - 26 salary schedule and d ependent upon relevant verifiable experience

      JOB SUMMARY: Provide comprehensive assessment, therapy, and consultation services in the area of communication disorders.

      DUTIES: This is not an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties or functions associated with the job. Full job description is attached in Applicant Tracking.

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Requires a valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology prior to the first day of employment, OR a Teachers Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license that has an endorsement for either communication disorders or speech impairment.
