Creative Health Solutions is looking to hire a PRN Speech Therapist to join their growing team!

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
Speech Therapist Responsibilities: •Review available patient information and evaluate the impact of this information on the assessment and treatment process.•Conducts and documents a thorough functional assessment of the patient utilizing standardized procedures.•Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan based on patient needs and containing achievable functional goals. •Revise treatment plans, as needed, throughout the treatment process.•Completes documentation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and applicable standards and administrative and clinical requirements.Qualifications
