  Die Deutsche Bank ist auf der Suche nach Top-Talenten im Bereich Digitalisierung, die Teil eines Gründungsteams für ihr neues, disruptives Vermögensverwaltungsangebot werden sollen. Das Vorhaben befindet sich in der Gründungsphase, mit einem kleinen internen Team, das aktuell dabei ist, ein Basisprodukt (Minimum Viable Product) zu definieren.

  Das neue Vorhaben stellt eine bedeutende Investition für die Deutsche Bank dar. Mit ambitionierten Startzeitplänen und dem Bestreben, schnell zu skalieren, genießt das Gründerteam direkten Zugang zum Senior Management der Bank.
  Zur Entwicklung der Lösung und Umsetzung eines ambitionierten Wachstumsplans suchen wir deshalb unternehmerisch-denkende und hochmotivierte Mitarbeiter (M/W/D).

  Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung bei der Etablierung und dem Betrieb des Portfoliomanagements für ein digitales Vermögensverwaltungsangebot

  • Überwachung der Operativ- und Kontrollprozesse, sowie Verantwortung des Management Reportings

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Prozesse und Portfoliomanagement Funktionalitäten

  • Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung einer Produkt-Roadmap in enger Abstimmung mit dem Führungsteam und relevanten Stakeholders aus der PB Dt. und der Internationalen Privatkundenbank

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Konzeption entsprechender Änderungsbedarfe

  • Koordination der Behebung von auftretenden Problemen und Kundenbeschwerden (mit IT, Operations, IPB usw.)

  Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Produktmanagement eines digitalen Finanzprodukts

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Investmentprodukten und entsprechenden Markttrends, sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Portfoliomanagementsystemen und -prozessen

  • Erfahrung in der bereichs- und funktionsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften

  • Herausrangende kollaborative Kompetenz in dem multi-disziplinarischen Umfeld eines Großkonzerns

  • Fähigkeit in einem internationalen Netzwerk in englischer Sprache zu kommunizieren

  • Unternehmerische und kundenbedarfszentrierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld

  • Hohe Motivation, Flexibilität und Lösungsorientierung ("Can Do"-Einstellung)

The project is in the start-up phase, with a small internal team currently in the process of defining a base product (Minimum Viable Product).   Job Description

  • Support the establishment and operation of portfolio management for a digital asset management offering

  • Oversee operational and control processes, and be responsible for management reporting

  • Continuously develop and improve processes and portfolio management functionalities

  • Support the continuous development of a product roadmap in close alignment with the management team and relevant stakeholders from PB GY and the International Private Bank

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and design corresponding concepts for change

  • Coordinate the resolution of issues and customer complaints as they arise (with IT, Operations, IPB, etc.)

  Skills and experience

  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in product management of a digital financial product

  • Very good understanding of investment products and corresponding market trends, and ideally initial experience with portfolio management systems and processes

  • Experience working with executives across divisions and functions

  • Outstanding collaborative skills in the multi-disciplinary environment of a large corporation

  • Ability to communicate in English within an international network

  • Entrepreneurial and customer needs-centric mindset to work in a dynamic environment

  • High motivation, flexibility and solution orientation ("Can Do" attitude)
