- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in a field related to Sports Leadership
- 5 years of teaching or administrative experience in higher education or related industry
- Experience working in the global sports industry
- Expertise in developing online degree programs preferred
- Computer proficiencies in standard software applications

- Experience in developing interventions for college access
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Collaborative nature and excellent interpersonal abilities
