50% Strategy, Development & Execution: Partner with supervisor to develop strategic Sports Marketing campaigns and events while managing the planning, implementation, and execution process. Contribute ideas and strategies to grow existing and new programs. Responsible for development of marketing recommendations, POVs, campaign materials and communications with minimal oversight from the Manager. Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities, provide creative direction and secure needed approvals.
10% Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for campaign management and measurement reporting in partnership with internal and agency partners to collect, compile and aggregate campaign reporting, making recommendations based on insights.
30% Relationship Management: Manage outside partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure execution of programs and tactics are on time, on strategy and within budget.
10% Sports Marketing Competitive & Trend Subject Matter Expert - Research and stay abreast of new, relevant, and competitive industry intelligence and share POVs with team, leadership and agency partners. Stay current on specialty channels, programs, and content; help identify new partners and or campaign opportunities on an ongoing basis. Responsible for competitive benchmarking, programs, and analysis to keep leadership abreast of trends and watch outs. Research and report on trends/best practices in specialized Sporting marketing areas via demonstrating an interest in and an aptitude for growing the offering.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
5-7 years of Sports Marketing experience to include international programming
Passion for sports and entertainment both professionally and personally
Deep knowledge of the regional and global sports marketing landscape
In depth experience in planning and executing fan activations
Experience with high-profile talent management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment

Position Purpose:
Responsible for leading a high-profile portfolio of Sports Sponsorships to include management of the asset strategy and activation plans that are consistent with supporting brand strategies, understanding the consumer and driving brand preference and consumption.Leads a highly integrated and multi-functional team to deliver fully integrated, sports-themed activation plans, customer programming, experiential, and in-venue activations. This Manager will play a key role in leading jewel type events, integrated marketing, and hospitality programs, and serve as a Sports Marketing subject matter expert across their portfolio of partnerships.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to think big picture while bringing to life all facets of events and will be responsible for multi-million-dollar program budgets. You will lead a project management team as they implement tactical integrated programs. We are looking for someone who can guide thinking, and share standard processes, while also managing and developing team members.
To excel in this role, you must be an expert in the sports marketing space, a confident project manager and multi-tasker who thinks on your feet, takes initiative, identifies, and solves problems independently, finds creative solutions, keeps programs on track across multiple partners (internal and agency) and has a deep understanding of how to connect a brand to fans to drive long term loyalty. Experience in effectively crafting and presenting marketing plans and other deliverables will be critical to obtaining stakeholder buy-in and setting the direction and effective execution of initiatives.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 30% of the time based on event schedules.Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Time will be spent at event sites overseeing event execution and hospitality management. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Working Conditions:
