      Position Summary Orlando Health is seeking a dedicated Sports Partnerships & Marketing Manager. Key Responsiblities: Oversee sports partnership relationships and manage contracts. Plans and executes activations related to those partnerships. Works closely with the External Affairs team and supports department initiatives as necessary. Location 45 W. Crystal Lake St Suite 201 Orlando, FL 32806 Schedule Mon-Fri (Must be available evenings and weekends to attend sporting events). Responsibilities Essential Functions • Oversee sports partnerships relationships and manage contracts. • In charge of the planning, execution, and measurement of partnership activation. • Analyze market data and create partnership / service line growth strategies. • Create and track metrics related to sports partnerships Calculate and create ROI report for strategic initiatives. • General project management. • Supports Orlando Health Sports Partnerships’ strategy and vision • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other related functions • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work unit. • Attends staff meetings and in-services as required. Qualifications Education/Training Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising, Sport Business, Business or healthcare related field required. Associate’s degree and three (3) years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section). Licensure/Certification None. Experience Three (3) years of directly related work experience.
