- Education: Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited physical therapy program with a doctorate degree. If applicable, graduate of a Master's of Athletic Training from a CAATE accredited program.
- Licensure: State of practice license for Physical Therapy. State of practice licensure for athletic training.
- Certification:
- Must have one of the following:
- Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC) Certification.
- Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) for Physical Therapy.
- Must have one of the following:
- Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education
- Health/Dental/Vision available after day one
- Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible co-workers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA

Provide services regarding prevention, recognition, evaluation, immediate care and rehabilitation for all active individuals and sports-related injuries. The individual will also demonstrate professional development and responsibility. The incumbent will perform related duties as assigned.
