- Define, refine and execute consumer focused marketing strategies to support growth for retail partners and PUMA UKI business.
- Lead and plan seasonal account marketing to drive retailer success; collaboration with Sales & Merchandising teams to produce activity for the Go-To-Market process, including sell-in and sell-through.
- Develop and deliver best-in-class full funnel campaigns for strategic retailer ASOS, and high street accounts (Office, Offspring, Schuh, Footasylum, Next, Very, Lifestyle Sports & Deichmann). Campaigns shall include touchpoints such as commercial, brand, social media, partnerships and talent activation.
- ASOS: work with PUMA ASOS Sales Head to evolve strategy, projects and plans, aimed to elevate the brand and drive awareness, engagement and conversion with target consumers.
- High Street Accounts: work with Sales Heads and Sales Teams across all accounts to evolve strategy and plans, driving awareness, engagement and conversion with target consumers.
- Manage, develop and empower a direct report and intern in their responsibilities.
- Work alongside Brand Comms Manager ensuring Trade needs are considered and delivered.
- Evaluation and analysis of all marketing efforts, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning.
- Ownership of gifting strategy for retailer partners.
- Collaborate across the Marketing team, leading meetings and team communications as needed
- Support the production of marketing documents including GTM presentations, reports as well as input to regional requests.
- Manage the planning and delivery of events and activations to create brand heat and sell-through with accounts.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends
- Continually maintain an awareness of consumer trends and insights and provide unique and creative solutions using this knowledge, to reach new audiences
- Keep Direct To Consumer channels and opportunities front of mind to ensure smooth collaboration and seamless integration from the consumers’ perspective

- 5+ years’ experience and a proven track record delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of the sportswear/ streetwear/ fashion retail landscapes, trends and influences
- Able to work independently, but also collaboratively on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Personable and a strong networker; excellent at building and maintaining relationships
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, efficient and concise. Strong verbal and written communication
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, able to use initiative in ambiguous and pressured situations
- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels
- Comprehensive understanding of how to drive brand desirability with target consumers
- Project & budget management including navigating multiple stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit and energy, and a way of using creativity to make the most of any situation
- Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
- Willingness to travel as—required within the UKI and Europe
YOUR MISSION
Responsible for delivering pioneering marketing activity for strategic and key retail accounts within the PUMA Sportstyle division in the UKI market. Working cross-functionally with multiple depts in the business (such as Sales, Merch, Finance), this role will see ownership of strategies and plans for our most important Sportstyle Accounts in the UKI, aligning disciplines including but not limited to; retailer account management, PR, Digital marketing, Social Media, Influencer management and events.
