onsemi's Intelligent Sensing Group is hiring a fall term intern in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design. This individual will help us develop next generation CMOS image sensors for the Automotive and Industrial markets. These unique products are key components in the growing fields of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), Autonomous Vehicles, and Robotics. The successful candidate will participate in the design and support of complex CMOS integrated circuits. CMOS imaging products provide challenging learning opportunities where performance, power, and reliability are all leading edge. Analytical approach to problem solving is required.

• Understands CMOS Device theory
  
• Transistor level understanding of fundamental analog building blocks (current mirrors, op-amps, etc.)
  
• Understanding of data converters preferred
  
• Experience with Spice simulators and schematic capture tools such as Cadence/Mentor
  
• Experience with coding/scripting languages desired
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to work well within a team
  
• Desire to be challenged and gain new skills
