      What Will You Be Doing?

      As a Network Planning/Analytics Intern you will be supporting and learning the planning process with analyses of Frontier current markets and future markets, DOT industry data, and data from other sources required and relevant for airline planning.
      Prepare airline performance metrics and presentations. You will have the opportunity to review schedules and assist with the preparation of schedule change recommendations. This internship is for Spring 2024 1/8/2024 - 5/24/2024 based in Denver, CO.

      Essential Function

      • Assist in the development and maintenance of network reporting from multiple data sources, driving continuous optimization of the network.
      • Assist in building enhanced communication tools for the network team
      • Help in the preparation and maintaining the interpretation of flight profitability data and reports.
      • Observe presentation of forecasts, data and reports to senior management.
      • Watch daily flight block trends and develop analysis to assist in reporting findings
      • Build and develop knowledge on BI infrastructure to assist in creating automation
      • Observe various industry data sources to help develop and validate tactical and strategic initiatives.
      • Manage ad-hoc communication to internal partners as it relates to the network

      Qualifications

      • Education path for BS/BA in related discipline – logistics, data analytics, statistics, operations research
      • Microsoft Excel and Access

      Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer.

      Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled

      Supervision Received

      Close Supervision: The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedures and receives detailed instructions. Work is checked frequently.
