Spring 25 New Graduate RN – Atrium Health Pineville Critical Care
Are you a nursing student about to complete your RN education program or a recent graduate with less than six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking full-time New Grad RNs for our Critical Care Residency at Atrium Health Pineville . Atrium Pineville is part of Atrium Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in the Southeastern United States. This affiliation allows for access to a broad network of specialists and resources. Medical ICU-providing excellent care to critically ill patients with a wide variety of diagnosis specializes in CRRT, Normothermia Protocol, Mass Blood Transfusion Protocol and many more. The MICU also trans the facilities Rapid Response Team.
CVICU-offers critical care and recovery to cardiothoracic vascular post-surgical patients, advanced heart failure and myocardial infarction. Advanced modalities include Intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella and continuous renal replacement therapy

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities safely. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must perform various physical tasks, communicate effectively, maintain senses and dexterity, demonstrate critical thinking and quick response, and pass a Physical Abilities Test.
Education: Graduate from a School of Nursing with a preference for a BSN degree.
Licensure: Must hold a valid RN license in the state of work/residence or if declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as your primary state of residency, meet the licensure requirements in your home state; or for Non-National License Compact states, current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner required in the state where the RN works.
