- Oversee HRSS Onboarding activities and lead the administration support processes including interview scheduling, new hire data entry, pre-employment screening and background check adjudication.
- Lead, motivate, and support the HRSS Onboarding Coordinator team to achieve company and department goals by effectively communicating objectives and deadlines.
- Engage team members through performance management, coaching, and training to enhance skills and foster professional growth while instilling a culture of excellent customer service and positivity within the team.
- Identify recurring issues, propose solutions for service enhancement, and collaborate closely with the HR Shared Services Leadership Team and Talent Acquisition COE.
- Monitor team performance metrics to meet or exceed service level agreements, focusing on key performance measures.
- Identify opportunities for process streamlining and efficiency improvements within the shared services function, provide recommendations on refining processes to enhance value, mature processes, and improve customer service by learning from other COEs, while analyzing data trends for informed leadership insights.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience working in a service center environment with progressive responsibility and a minimum of 1 year of experience serving as a leader.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

What you will be doing
The HRSS, Supervisor role is responsible for supporting the end-to end onboarding processes and enhancing our service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. This leader will oversee the operations processes and systems that support applicants and the onboarding of new hires in a consistent and seamless manner. To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to manage a team effectively and design/manage processes and resources with a goal of creating operational efficiencies. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing direction and leadership for HRSS Onboarding Coordinators, as well as cultivating a culture of customer service and continuous improvement. This position is a critical member of HR Shared Services (HRSS) and will work with the Talent Acquisition COE to deliver solutions focused on the global service delivery standards enabling successful execution of business strategy through efficient processes.
