Conduct on-site supplier quality audits and inspections

Investigate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolution
-
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier quality

Analyse root causes of recurring quality issues and drive improvements
-
Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to resolve supplier-related concerns
-
Provide training and support to suppliers on quality requirements and processes
-
Maintain detailed records of supplier performance and audit findings
-
A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
-
3–5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles
-
Familiarity with quality tools like FMEA, CAPA, and ISO standards
