      We're seeking a quality-focused SQA Engineer to join our team in Pune . In this role, you’ll ensure that our suppliers consistently meet the high standards required to produce reliable pump components for mining and wastewater applications.


      What you’ll do:

      • Conduct on-site supplier quality audits and inspections

      • Investigate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolution

      • Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve supplier quality

      • Analyse root causes of recurring quality issues and drive improvements

      • Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to resolve supplier-related concerns

      • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality requirements and processes

      • Maintain detailed records of supplier performance and audit findings

      You should have:

      • A degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

      • 3–5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality roles

      • Familiarity with quality tools like FMEA, CAPA, and ISO standards
