      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases in both cloud and on-premises environments
      - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations
      - Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all database systems
      - Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions
      - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator, specifically with MS SQL Server
      - Strong understanding of database design, development, and management
      - Proficiency in SQL scripting and performance tuning
      - Experience with cloud platforms and database migration strategies
      - Knowledge of data security best practices and backup procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with other database technologies, such as MySQL or Oracle
      - Familiarity with database automation tools and monitoring solutions
      - Relevant certifications in MS SQL Server or cloud database management
      - Experience in a DevOps environment and knowledge of CI/CD practices
