What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, interpret, and analyze business needs and requirements
- Create and interpret functional and technical specifications and design documents
- Provide analytical support and expertise when compiling and reporting information
- Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate management’s understanding of the results and impact
- Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience developing in PL/SQL with Oracle or SQL Server and/or TOAD
- 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data
- 3+ years of experience with client relations/customer service
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Must adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience
- Experience in Talend, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with big data ETL processes and data engineering
- Healthcare industry experience
- Proven excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
