What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing support role addressing technical issues
- At least 4 years of SQL experience, including investigating and optimizing queries
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
