What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Animal Health products specific to the US beef cattle business
- Develop vaccination programs and protocols for pharmaceutical use and animal monitoring products
- Deliver high-level technical expertise and service to Ruminant sales in North America
- Attend and present at prominent industry/scientific meetings as a scientific speaker
- Collaborate with research and development teams on evaluating potential product areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Animal Health Nutrition, Nutritional Science, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years of related cattle nutrition and/or animal science experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience with all types of cattle production systems from cow-calf through feedlot
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Field experience in cattle production and/or ruminant nutrition with a focus on feedlot cattle
- Previous support experience in the upper Midwest, including Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, South Dakota, North Dakota, and Nebraska
