Bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 15 hours in Accounting

CPA or other professional certifications preferred

Proficiency in Windows applications and spreadsheet software

Prepare monthly financial statements within deadlines and free of material errors
-
Reconcile and compile schedules for balance sheet accounts each month
-
Perform special projects including year-end inventory, budget support, audits, and internal/external reporting
-
Review financial statement data and budget variances to ensure accuracy and consistency
-
Supervise and assist in preparing financial documents and reconciling ledger accounts
-
Support operating and capital budget development and ensure compliance with the budget calendar

Enhance reporting processes through communication, systems proficiency, and knowledge sharing
-
Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Do:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and manage budget processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Support special projects, maintain compliance with regulations, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
