      Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking a Senior Accountant, Consolidations and Reporting in Parsippany, NJ. This position will play a supporting role in ensuring that the Company's consolidated financial statements are completed accurately and reported timely to the LVMH Group in accordance with the Group accounting policies. The Sr. Accountant is responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales, cost of sales and margin. This position will also support internal management reporting as well as the preparation and/or review of financial statements.

      Location: This position in in-person at our facility in Parsippany, NJ with a hybrid work schedule.

      Responsibilities

      Reconcile third party and intercompany sales and cost of sales between various reporting systems

      Prepare and submit the Revenue and Boutique Reporting deliverables in SyRUS in accordance with the LVMH Group requirements and reporting calendar

      Preparation of various internal reports as requested by management

      Consolidate and review disclosure schedules required to support LVMH Group external reporting

      Assist with the preparation of financial statements, such as for the Company’s pension and 401(K) plans

      Review statutory financial statements as prepared by the various subsidiaries

      Prepare and submit all required U.S. Government and Canadian census filings

      Represent the Controller’s group in Company initiatives that have an impact on revenue reporting

      Liaise with external auditors and submit audit requests

      Participate in initiatives to facilitate process improvements and address changing business requirements

      Lead or participate in inter-departmental projects

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
      • 4+ years of public and/or private accounting, with some consolidation/reporting experience
      • Certified Public Accountant preferred
      • Possess a strong understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS
      • Excellent oral, written, listening and analytical skills
      • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management as well as with external auditors
      • Ability to work under tight deadlines
      • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, Essbase, JD Edwards general ledger application or SyRUS, or the ability to learn financial systems
