Job Summary:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex financial systems, processes, and models.
- Produce insightful financial and operational analysis to support Division decision making and planning.
- Advise and make recommendations based on interpretation of complex data.
- Mentor team members and participate in their growth and development.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop complex analysis of operational, financial, and product performance results.
- Analyze systems and accounting transactions to support business functions.
- Interpret complex requirements and develop advanced processes for regulatory and tax reporting.
- Review and analyze procedures, systems, and controls.
- Recommend and take action as needed.
- Develop systems and reports to extract and combine data from various sources.
- Present complex ideas and results to inform and influence Division Management.
- Oversee work products and develop analysis skills of team members.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal accounting controls.
- Prepare advanced ad hoc financial analysis for senior management.
- Represent team/department/division in projects.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial analysis or equivalent.
- Professional certification preferred: CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

Salary Range: $82,250.00 - $120,500.00
