      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare small and large group rate filings, including Mental Health Parity filings, and secure necessary approvals
      - Perform periodic pricing analysis and suggest appropriate pricing strategies to the Health Plan
      - Update and maintain rating systems for both small and large group plans
      - Conduct pricing for new products and/or plan designs using proprietary pricing tools
      - Gather and analyze competitive rate and plan information for primary competitors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree
      - 2 or more actuarial exams passed
      - Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience
      - Experience in communicating technical information to matrix partners (Finance, Business)
      - Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in MS Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ACA pricing and rate filing
      - Experience engaging with external clients (Department of Insurance)
      - Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with SQL or similar programming language
      - Proven good communication and presentation skills
      - Proven excellent project management and prioritization skills
